. Natural Chocolate Truffles
Next up, some of the healthiest truffles we’ve ever seen. Admittedly, these may not replace your favorite Lindt truffles, but are the perfect chocolatey, gummy fruit snack for getting your sweet fix in the middle of the day.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup
pitted prunes (yes, prunes!)
1/4 cup
pitted dates
3 tbsp
almond butter (or other nut butter)
1 tbsp
maple syrup
3 tbsp
unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup
grated unsweetened coconut
It’s best to use a food processor for this one, and you’ve got some tough ingredients to contend with. Run everything through the food processor, adding just a couple ingredients at a time. Roll in coconut, and you’re done. Full how-to here .
