Up to 1 1/3 cups Dr. Pepper Vanilla Float (use regular Dr. Pepper if you can’t find)

recipe Vanilla Ice Cream Whipped Cream Frosting:
1 cup
vanilla ice cream, melted (and then kept in fridge for 4 hours)
2 cups
heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp
vanilla bean paste
1 cup
powdered sugar
