Speculoos cookie crumbs (from about 23 cookies)

ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp

ground ginger

1/4 tsp

ground nutmeg

1/8 tsp

ground cloves

1/8 tsp

ground allspice

For coating::

16 oz

chocolate (any kind), finely chopped

1 tbsp

coconut oil or shortening

Crushed Speculoos cookies or sprinkles, for garnish
