Lite Mexican Cheese Blend (1 cup)
Roasted corn (1/41/2 bag)
Black beans, drained and rinsed
Black Forest Bacon, 2 pieces (I know, it doesn’t scream “southwest,” but let’s face it; bacon improves just about everything.)
Red bell pepper, diced
Green onions, diced
Cilantro for garnish
