gluten-free Bisquick   (If you don’t have gluten-free Bisquick you can use this recipe to make your own.)

1/2 cup

butter (chopped into medium sized pieces)

ice water

cooking spray (I like coconut spray)

1 15 ounce can

pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
