high quality gluten free flour - measure by stirring the flour, scooping into a measuring cup, and leveling with a knife (use Cup4Cup for best results, King Arthur Gluten Free All Purpose Flour + 1/4 tsp xanthan gum will also work)

salt (depending on your taste preference - we use 1/4)

whipping cream (2/3 cup if using King Arthur Flour)
