“Adapted from the Americas Test Kitchen recipe to have a proper crust”

Carrots, peeled and chopped

Chicken broth

1/2 lb

Chicken breast

10 ozs

Cremini mushrooms

2 Tbsps

Vegetable oil

1 tsp

Soy sauce

1 tsp

Tomato paste

1 cup

Whole milk

1 bag

Frozen peas

3 Tbsps

Fresh parsley (I subbed 1 Tbsp herbs de province)

3/4 cup

Flour

Salt and pepper to taste

  • I used the “double crust chicken pot pie” recipe from “Sally’s Baking Addiction” and it was delicious!
