beef chuck roast ( Or another, cut in half)
1 tbsp
canola oil
1 cup
low sodium beef broth
1 tbsp
tomato paste
2 tbsp
balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lb
Little Potatoes
3
large carrots (peeled and cut into thick slices)
OPTIONAL: corn starch to thicken juices
I don’t know if I’m just not a huge roast person but I didn’t care for this. The meat was really dry the next day. The carrots and potatoes were good and had good flavor but I won’t make this again.
