  The chicken was very moist and flavorful. I pounded the breast beforehand so they cooked evenly. Veggies were good and the added cucs and garnish made it very light and fresh!

  This was a delicious and unique blend of flavors, and I love how the chicken got baked on a wire rack above the veggies so it was nice and crispy. Will definitely make it again!
