whole milk or half-and-half

salted butter, cubed
1/4 cup
packed light brown sugar
8 oz
bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 tsp
dried espresso
Scant 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
2 oz
coconut rum
Whipped Cream for garnish
