neutral oil of choice (avocado, olive, sunflower, etc)

water, as needed to get smooth batter consistency

1 cup

fresh or frozen blueberries (plus more as topping if desired)

Additional optional toppings: hemp seeds, sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, banana slices
