Zesty Garlic Seasoning ( or a mixture of ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon paprika
1/2 tsp
dried oregano, ½ tsp lemon zest if you don't have it)
1/2 tsp
kosher or sea salt and a few turns of the pepper mill
Chives, for garnish
