Sesame-Ginger Vinaigrette (I make a double batch, extra keeps for weeks in fridge)

apple cider vinegar

sesame oil

1 tbsp

agave (or honey, not vegan), or to taste

1 tsp

ground ginger, or to taste (I used 1 tablespoon, vinaigrette will be fairly spicy)
