steel cut oats (use gluten free as needed)

3 cups

almond milk (, can also ucan also use water if you preferse water if you prefer)

1/2 tsp

pumpkin pie spice

1/4 tsp

ground cinnamon

1/2 tbsp

maple syrup (, can also sub with coconut sugar, honey, stevia, erythritol etc)

1/2 cup

pure pumpkin puree canned or fresh

1 tbsp

pecans chopped

1 tsp

pepitas (pumpkin seeds , plus more for topping)

1 tsp

dried cranberries (, plus more for topping.)

Large Pot
