I feed mine with all purpose flour (daily if out of the fridge, weekly if in fridge)

The process took about 2 weeks for us and required 2-3 minutes per day of effort. It was soooo worth it! The 🍞 and waffles are incredible! Once your starter is active, share it with friends to seed their starters and save them the 2 week process. 🙂
Mine took a few days longer to get going than what she describes. It was worth the wait though, because the resulting bread is AMAZING!
