Sucanat or organic cane sugar

Sourdough starter
NOTES
350F is ideal waffle iron temp. 1 serving = 1 waffle with our deep waffle irons. for best results prepare needed starter 24-48 hours in advance so that it is mature when assembling the sponge. I like 2x the salt called for.

These are the best waffles I have ever made! They are crispy on the outside, moist in the middle, and are absolutely delicious. They are not sugary at all, which I like. I think this will be our go to from now on. Let me know if you need some starter. 😉
