Confectioners' sugar

Cream of tartar

Granulated sugar
1/2 tsp
Salt, fine

NOTES
Note to self: Cut recipe for fruit compote in half. Keep amount of sugar with cranberries the same. May need to add more sugar once you mix in raspberries. Would be fine without pomegranate too. If there’s extra egg white mixture, make “cookies” on sides of sheet pan next to wreath.
