6 (6g) black cardamom pod, crushed
2 (15g) Chinese cinnamon sticks, crushed
4 (13g) garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon (15g) ginger, sliced
1 stick (80g) brown sugar in piece (or substitute with 2 tablespoons (30g) brown sugar)
