(12 tablespoons/170 grams) unsalted butter, softened but still cool

milk chocolate, melted and slightly cooled (I used Guittard)

semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate, melted and slightly cooled

1 tsp

vanilla extract

1 tsp

almond extract

2 1/4 cups

morello cherries (or fresh cherries cut in half)
