Honey Bourbon Chicken

INGREDIENTS

boneless, skinless chicken thighs ( diced in 1 in cubes) The original recipe has you do it after you cook it but I find this easier when prepping several meals at a time.

soy sauce, I used a soy sauce alternative since I can't have soy

1 cup

honey

1/4 cup

ketchup

tbl. canola oil

2 cloves

garlic ( I always add more than that though- I LOVE garlic)

1/2 tsp

red pepper flakes

TBL cornstarch

hot rice

sesame seeds, optional
