regular cream cheese, softened (two 8-ounce packages)

vanilla extract

sour cream
1/2 cup
peanut butter (either mix in with cheesecake batter, or swirl it around on top of the batter after you pour the batter into the pan. Soften the peanut butter or slightly melt before swirling.)
