Instant Pot Peanut Butter Cheesecake

graham cracker crumbs (processed in food processor, crushed)

2 tbsp

melted butter

1 tbsp

sugar

1 lb

regular cream cheese, softened (two 8-ounce packages)

2/3 cup

sugar

large eggs

1/2 tsp

vanilla extract

1/4 cup

sour cream

1/2 cup

peanut butter (either mix in with cheesecake batter, or swirl it around on top of the batter after you pour the batter into the pan. Soften the peanut butter or slightly melt before swirling.)
