chopped and frozen RIPE pineapple (do not buy the pre-packaged frozen pineapple. It’s not sweet enough.)
Up to 1 1/2 cups of coconut milk (or other milk or juice of your choice).
SUBSTITUE MALIBU RUM OR VODKA in place of the coconut milk for my spiked version of this recipe. Read more about it at the end of this post.
