diet coke (or use regular coke - 7 syns)
1/2 cup
tomato paste (puree)
2 tbsp
balsamic vinegar
1 cup
chicken broth
salt and black pepper to season
fresh chopped Italian parsley
optional: add some chilli powder for a bit of heat
