I measured the ingredients pretty exactly. It was a nice spongy waffle with a hint of cinnamon. We love it! My kids (5, 2, 1) ate them up!!!
I didn’t pay attention to ingredient quantities. It had a lot of eggs and little flour. Good healthy recipe, I was just looking for more of a normal waffle recipe
