raw sunflower seeds

raw pumpkin seeds

ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp

ground nutmeg

6 tbsp

melted ghee

1/2 cup

honey or maple syrup (we like the milder flavor of half of each)

2 tsp

vanilla

1/2 tsp

salt (omit if any of your nuts were salted)
