Tomatoes, with juice

Vegetables, mixed fresh or frozen

3 cans

each) reduced-sodium vegetable or chicken broth, reduced-sodium

Tomato paste

Italian seasoning

Salt and ground pepper, Coarse

Olive oil


NOTES

  • Add 2 lbs ground beef. Scott doesn’t like Italian seasoning. I use basil. Extra chicken broth. Add tomato sauce as needed.
