INGREDIENTS

1 15 ounce can

refried beans (use vegetarian refried beans if you are vegetarian)

For the taco layer:

3 5.3 ounce containers

or 2 cups from a 24oz tub of Plain siggi’s skyr

packet of taco seasoning*

For the guacamole layer:

medium avocados

2 tbsp

chopped cilantro

jalapeño, seeded and diced

1/2

lime, juiced

Salt & pepper

Remaining layers:

1/2 cup

shredded cheddar or mexican cheese

1 1/2 cups

quartered grape tomatoes

1/4 cup

sliced black olives

2 tbsp

finely diced red onion or green onion

1/2 cup

chopped fresh cilantro

Optional: jalapeno slices
