unsalted butter, melted and cooled

FILLING 3 tablespoons (42 g) unsalted butter, melted

3/4 cup

packed light brown sugar, mixed with 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Egg wash, for brushing (1 egg + 1 tablespoon water, beaten well)

VANILLA GLAZE 1 cup (115 g) confectioners’ sugar

cream cheese, at room temperature

Seeds from 1/2 vanilla bean (can replace with 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract)

Warm water by the half-teaspoon, as necessary
