So good will use less honey next time
I had this at a friends a few months ago, so I knew it was gonna be good. It was. So, so, good. It was super easy to put together and we will be making this tons more. I did a little extra chicken to make the enchiladas a little meatier, so I’ll probably freeze half next time since half a pan was enough to feed my family.
The chicken had amazing flavor. Used red enchilada sauce instead and the sauce with cream at the end was a good finish. Appreciated the freezer suggestions in the article too.
