unsalted butter, cut into large chunks and chilled

cup (8 fluid ounces) milk (any kind, just not nonfat), chilled
*In place of the mock Better Batter + nonfat dry milk + cornstarch, you can use 2 1/2 cups (350 g) Cup4Cup gluten free flour, or my mock Cup4Cup blend.
For the Cinnamon Sugar Cold water, for brushing
