certified gluten free oat flour (I processed my own in a food processor from old fashioned whole grain oats)

baking soda

1/4 tsp

kosher salt

1/4 cup

certified gluten free old fashioned rolled oats

1/4 cup

granulated sugar

3/4 cup

packed light brown sugar

4 tbsp

shortening, melted and cooled

5 tbsp

unsalted butter, at room temperature

eggs (120 g, out of shell) at room temperature, beaten

1 tsp

pure vanilla extract

1 tbsp

honey

unsulphured molasses
