Lemon juice, fresh

Tahini

Black pepper, freshly ground

Kosher salt
2 tbsp
Olive oil, extra-virgin
It was pretty bland. I even added a clove of garlic. Next time maybe I’d add more garlic and some Kalamata olives for flavor.
After following the recipe and tasting it, I added more salt and a garlic clove. It was good...not life changing but solid and definitely worth the 5 min investment.
