neutral or vanilla protein powder (optional)*

granulated sweetener of choice (optional)**

overripe mashed banana (about 1 small)

2 tbsp

brown rice syrup (can sub for maple syrup, agave or honey if not strict vegan)

1/4 cup

nut butter of choice (I used cashew butter)

1/4 cup

+ Unsweetened Silk or So Delicious dairy free milk of choice***

Dairy Free chocolate chips (optional)

coconut flour, sifted

1/2 cup

monk fruit sweetener or coconut palm sugar (optional)**
