full fat coconut milk ((coconut cream in Australia))

orange (zest and juice)

to 3 tbsp chia seeds ((included in wet ingredients as it is whisked in at this stage not with the dry ingredients))

1/2 cup

coconut sugar ((can sub brown sugar if you don't mind refined sugar - is included in wet ingredients as is whisked in with the wet not the dry))

1/4 tsp

turmeric ((is included in wet ingredients as it is whisked in with the wet and not the dry))

1/2 tsp

vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups

plain flour ((Can use whole wheat or gluten free if preferred))

1/2 cup

desiccated coconut ((unsweetened))

1 tsp

baking soda

1 tsp

baking powder

1/4 tsp

salt
