neutral flavor oil (vegetable, canola, etc)
spinach ((blanched, optional))
Japanese mayonnaise ((optional))
Ichimi Togarashi (Japanese chili pepper) ((optional))
2 tbsp
honey
2 tbsp
soy sauce
1 tbsp
oyster sauce
2 cloves
garlic
NOTES
I use thin sliced pork chops instead of pork belly and regular mayo thinned out a little of I don’t have japanese mayo.
