Frozen corn

Black beans (rinsed and drained) (15 ounce)
1 1/2 cups
Water (none if chicken is frozen)
1 tsp
Cumin
1 cup
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Sour cream (optional)
Tortilla chips (optional)
Avocado (optional)
NOTES
My slow cooker is very fast and usually cooks this in closer to 3-4 hours on low. Check periodically to make sure not to overcook.
