pumpkin pie pudding:

1 cup

pumpkin puree, unsweetened

1 cup

soaked raw cashews (soaked overnight and drained)

1 tsp

vanilla extract

1 tsp

pumpkin pie spice

1/2 cup

maple syrup

sea salt to taste (optional) - a few pinches should do it

As Needed:

Non-dairy milk to blend

Other:

1 cup

finely processed graham crackers or gingersnap cookies

1 1/2 cups

coconut whip (DIY or store bought)
