Peach Blueberry & Avocado Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

or 2 juicy peaches (or other stone fruit)

blueberries

half a ripe avocado

1/2 tsp

spirulina (optional - gives an extra nutrient kick)

heaped tablespoons yogurt (I add this after I have removed a glass for Teo as he is dairy intolerant)

approx 1 cup water or milk of choice (I generally use a combo of water plus coconut, rice, or almond milk depending what we have in the fridge)
