For the Peanut Butter Butter Cream

unsalted butter, softened

creamy peanut butter

pure vanilla extract

confectioners’ sugar, sifted

heavy cream (if using milk, amount will be less)

For the Chocolate Glaze

bittersweet chocolate, chopped into very small pieces

heavy cream

honey

light corn syrup

pure vanilla extract
