INGREDIENTS

vanilla (or coconut protein powder)
1/2 cup
melted coconut oil
3/4 cup
unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tbsp
honey
2 tbsp
lemon juice + zest to taste (about 1/3 of a lemon)
2 tbsp
coconut flour
These tasted very fresh and citrusy but I think my family prefers the peanut butter kind.
