Diced Tomatoes - Do NOT drain

Optional: ½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese for garnish and topping when you serve it up.
I use a full bag of noodles and double the spices, canned tomatoes and replace tomato sauce with 2 cans rotel blended up.
