tahini (sesame seed paste)

1/2 cup

fresh cilantro, packed

1 cup

diced sweet onion

garlic cloves

olive oil

2 tsp

soy sauce

1/4 cup

lemon juice

2 tsp

cumin

1/2 tsp

cayenne pepper

Salt & Pepper to taste (I used ¼ teaspoon of each)
