INGREDIENTS

bag of your fave vegan chips - I love Beanfields Nacho flavor!

vegan cheese shreds, to taste (I like cheddar, but a combo of cheddar and jack works great too)

sliced olives

jalapeño, thinly sliced

1

medium tomato, diced

5

green onions, chopped

1/2 cup

red onion, chopped

avocado, diced

DIY Sour Cream:

1 1/2 cups

raw cashews, soaked overnight and drained

1 cup

water, as needed to blend

1

small lemon or lime, juiced

sea salt to taste (at least 1/4 tsp)**

**or sub salt with a teaspoon of miso paste for a unique salty flavor!
