large red bliss potatoes

Tbls olive oil
1/2 stick
butter
2 cloves
garlic (minced)
1/4 cup
Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
1/4 tsp
Italian parsley (fine mince)
salt and pepper to taste
I microwaved the potatoes to pre-cook them first. Then tossed with oil & spices and baked for 15 minutes.
