large cauliflower head (leave whole), green leaves broken off, rinsed and drained
sea or Kosher salt
fresh ground white pepper
sea or Kosher salt
1/2 cup
Hellman's mayonnaise
2 tsp
prepared mustard (I use French's)
3/4 cup
finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese (more may be necessary to totally cover the head of cauliflower)
