¼ cup gochujang pepper paste**

maple syrup

sesame oil
2 tbsp
low-sodium tamari or soy sauce
2 tbsp
apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp
minced ginger
2 cloves
garlic, minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
1 tbsp
water, to thin
