Almond milk

drops Liquid stevia
1/8 tsp
Almond extract
2 cups
Almond flour
1 tsp
Baking powder

Pink of pink himalayan sea salt
1 tsp
Vanilla

Butter, grass-fed soft
1/2 cup
Erythritol
powdered erythritol (optional for frosting - see recipe)
NOTES
There is not almond milk in the cookies only frosting.Sour Cream Frosting
1/2 cup room temperature butter
3/4 cup Sour Cream
2 cup Powdered Sugar Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, mix together butter, eggs, liquid stevia, vanilla extract and almond extract.
In a large bowl, mix together dry ingredients.
Add egg mixture to dry ingredients and blend with a hand blender.
Roll into small (1 inch) balls and line baking sheet.
Bake for 15-18 minutes and then cool on a cooling rack.
Frosting
If you desire to frost them, the frosting is 1 tablespoon of almond milk for each 5 tablespoons of powdered erythritol. Then add your safe food coloring of your choice to make the colors you desire. This isn't an exact science, so add more or less powdered erythritol to get the desired consistency. I made 3 batches with 3 colors and it was the perfect amount for this recipe.
