olive oil for roasting and dressing

slices of thick bacon - cooked and ripped into pieces
Dressing:

balsamic vinegar

green onions - thinly chopped
1 handful
fresh dill - chopped
1 dash
or two of pepper flakes (optional)

few sprinkles of sea salt and fresh ground pepper
garnish with a handful of raw pumpkin seeds
