This is my new, favorite taco recipe! It's really 3 recipes in one: citrus slaw, baja taco sauce, and beer battered fish. All 3 are absolutely delicious, but the baja sauce is a standout for me. In addition to complementing the fish on the tacos, it also works great with burgers, quesadillas, and sandwiches. SOOO GOOD!!!
This is becoming a family favorite! The beer battered fish is delicious, but the slaw and the aioli absolutely steal the show.
