Easy Lemon Herb Spaghetti

olive oil ( I went with extra virgin)

4 cloves

garlic, finely minced

medium lemon

Panko bread crumbs

1 tsp

dried basil

1 tsp

dried oregano

1/2 tsp

kosher salt

1/4 tsp

coarsely ground black pepper

1/4 tsp

crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

freshly grated Parmesan and Romano cheeses to garnish
